Day 1: Istanbul Airport (IST) - Barcelo Hotel (Welcome Dinner)

Upon arrival at Istanbul Airport (IST), meet and greet then transfer to the Hotel.

4 times arrival transfer provided: 10:00am - 1:00pm - 4:00pm - 6:00pm, please make sure you meet the driver on time at arrival hall because the pick-up team will leave airport on time. (If your arrival time differs from what we provide, please arrange your own transport to hotel)

The hotel's check-in time is 2:00pm onward, but the hotel sometimes changes the time according to its own room status. If you cannot check in, you can store your luggage and check in again later.

7:00pm - Welcome Dinner at hotel. After that, free at leisure.

Day 2: Istanbul - Bursa (180km) (Breakfast/Lunch/Dinner)

After breakfast, proceed to visit:

[Roman Hippodrome] where horse chariot aces and events were held.

[Blue Mosque] it's Sultan Ahmet Mosque.

[Topkapi Palace] the seat of the Ottoman Empire, after it shifted its capital from Bursa to Istanbul. It is today, a museum palace with a wide collection of Kitchen wares and Porcelains, Treasuries, Royal Antiques, Courtyards, Holy Relics, etc.

[Hagia Sophia] it's also known as Ayasofya Mosque.

Lunch at local restaurant.

Proceed to Bursa.

Transfer to hotel and check-in.

Dinner at hotel.

Day 3: Bursa - Kusadasi (445km) (Breakfast/Lunch/Dinner)

After breakfast, visit:

[Cumalikizik Village] is among the most-visited villages in Turkey with its traditional houses with bay windows, cobblestone streets, and centuries-old sycamores.

[Grand Mosque] is a historic mosque in Bursa, Turkey. It was commissioned by the Ottoman Sultan Bayezid I to commemorate his great victory at the Battle of Nicopolis and was built between 1396 and 1399.

[The Silk Market] One of the oldest markets and must-see on your visit to Bursa.

Lunch at local restaurant

Drive to Kusadasi

Transfer to hotel and check-in.

Day 4: Kusadasi - Pamukkale (195km) (Breakfast/Lunch/Dinner)

After breakfast, visit:

[Ephesus and House of Virgin Mary] located in a nature park between Ephesus and Seljuk, is believed to be the last residence of the Virgin Mary, mother of Jesus. The peaceful site is sacred to both Christians and Muslims and is visited by many tourists and pilgrims

Lunch at local restaurant.

[Pamukkale] where Calcareous hot springs descending over cliffs have created fascinating travertines in the form of white terraces and basins Free time for walking on terraces.

[The Ruins of Ancient City of Hierapolis] is an ancient city located on the top of Pamukkale and is a World Heritage site.

Day 5: Pamukkale - Konya - Cappadocia (665km) (Breakfast/Lunch/Dinner)

After breakfast, drive to Cappadocia.

Lunch at local restaurant before arriving Konya.

[Konya] was the center of the Seljuk Empire as well as the city of Mevlana and his Whirling Dervishes.

[The Mevlana Museum] located in Konya, Turkey, is the mausoleum of Jalal ad-Din Muhammad Rumi, a Persian Sufi mystic. It was also the dervish lodge of the Mevlevi order, better known as the whirling dervishes.

[Cappadocia] is one of the natural wonders of the world with its surrealistic geological creation.

[Oresin Caravanserai] a 13th-century outstanding example of the Inns used by traders during the Silk Road.

Transfer to hotel and check-in.

Day 6: Cappadocia (Breakfast/Lunch/Dinner)

[Hot Air Balloon Experience] Early morning to enjoy the sunrise with hot air balloon. 

After breakfast, visit:

[Underground City] where early Christians lived secretly to survive and keep their faith.

[Valley of the Birds] and at the foot of the Uchisar Castle.

Lunch at Avanos Village.

[Dervent Valley & Avcilar Valley] which has unique volcanic formations.

Transfer back to hotel.

After breakfast, transfer to Kayseri Erkilet International Airport (ASR) according to your departure time.

4 times departure transfer provided: 6:00am - 9:00am - 12:00noon - 3:00pm, please make sure you are in the hotel lobby on time, because the team will leave on time.

Please check out before 12:00noon. In case of late check-out, please pay the additional fee at the front desk of the hotel.

The foregoing limitations of liability shall apply whether the alleged liability is based on contract, negligence, tort, strict liability or any other basis, even if the company or its affiliates or representatives have been advised of or should have known of the possibility of such losses and damages, and without regard to the success or effectiveness of other remedies.

Force Majeure
We shall not be liable for damages of any kind arising out of any failure or delay by us in performing any or all of our obligations contained herein or in respect of any product or service if the failure or delay is due to circumstances or cause beyond our reasonable control.

Cancellation Policy
In the event of a confirmed booking being cancelled, a cancellation charge will be levied. To cancel your reservation, you must send us an e-mail and indicating your Member ID, Travel Date, Booking ID and Product Name. The cancellation is valid when you received our acknowledgement via email.

- Cancellation 46 days before the travel date, cancellation charge at USD50
- Cancellation in-between 45 days to 30 days before the travel date, cancellation charge at USD100
- Cancellation less than 30 days before the travel date, 100% cancellation charge applies.

This cancellation policy is subject to rules and regulations applicable jurisdictions in which our travel supplier is based. In the event of conflict between the cancellation policy displayed here and cancellation terms in supplier booking terms, the more restrictive of the two terms will prevail.
 
Name Change Policies 
Name changes are generally not allowed on trips to avoid fraud, gaming and profiteering. We want to ensure that most of our travelers are members. If you wish to have a name change, please contact our customer service team for further assistance.

* Remark: We reserve the right to refuse a name change at our sole discretion. If allowed, name changes must be done 30 days or more before the start date of your trip and are subject to a fee up to USD50. Name changes within 30 days of the start date of your trip are not allowed.

Refund Policy
Refunds may be made by us in the following circumstances:
- the product or service fully paid for is not available and our suggested alternative is not acceptable to you; or
- you cancel your booking within the time stipulated in our travel voucher where refunds are available ( the “Cancellation Period”)
