Before Booking

What are the steps to book a tour package?

  1. Select your preferred tour category
  2. Select your destination and experience
  3. Select city
  4. Select the tour package you wish to book
  5. Select the date
  6. Select number of persons travelling (Adult & Child)
  7. Fill in your personal details
  8. Fill in the traveler's information
  9. Make payment online
  10. Receive your booking confirmation via email

All times shown for the trips refer to the local time zone where the activity is held. For example, if you are checking your tour package at Beijing, the itinerary starts at 9 am, which means 9 am Beijing time.

The tour is not available on the chosen date / time or some attractions are closed at certain day / period. Every tour has a different cut off date, you are unable to make booking after the cut off date, you may refer as below:

  • ClubTrips: 30 days before travelling date
  • Club Getaways: 21 days before travelling date

* The above cut off date is only for your reference, some tour might have longer cut off date.

After Booking

This depends on the tour you’ve booked:- 

For ClubTrips / Club Getaways: 

  • You will receive your Booking Confirmation by email after payment made.

For Day Trips: 

  • You will receive your Booking Confirmation by email in 1 working day.

If you still haven’t received your Booking Confirmation email within the stipulated period, please contact us via live chat or email (

After your booking is confirmed, you will receive an email with the confirmation number.

You can also view your booking details and status online by selecting My Bookings from website.

Please check your junk mail and/or spam folder in your email inbox first.

If you still cannot locate your booking and have not received your booking confirmation after 48 hours, kindly contact us via live chat or email (

You can check your booking details online by select My Bookings.


Yes, credit cards and Alipay use online security features like encryption and fraud monitoring to keep your accounts and personal information safe.

ClubTrips does not charge any additional handling fees for booking a tour.

You may view the total amount of your booking at Booking Summary.

You can make payment by using Visa /Master credit card or Alipay.

ClubTrips can provide you with an invoice upon request. Please contact us via live chat or email ( to request the Invoice by providing us your booking detail (i.e. Name /Member ID / Confirmation Number).

Booking Amendment

Please contact us via live chat or email ( for amendments.

You can amend the booking details (Name Spelled Wrongly / Gender / Contact Number / Special Requirement) 

Some amendments are free of charge, while for others you may need to pay for amendment charge or price difference (example: child change to adult or change tour package)

You will get an updated Booking Confirmation via email once an amendment has been confirmed.

Cancellation / Refund

To cancel a booking, you need to:

  1. Go to ClubTrips website, My Bookings
  2. Select the booking that you want to cancel and hit the Cancel Button
  3. We will proceed to cancel your booking

Every type of tour has a different cancellation condition, you may refer as below:

  • ClubTrips: Free cancellation if you cancel your tour 30 days or more before the travel date.
  • Club Getaways: Free cancellation if you cancel your tour 21 days or more before the travel date.

Please check the cancellation policy listed on the individual Tour activity page for more details. 

Refund process takes 7-14 working days to be returned to your Visa / Master Credit Card or Alipay account but can take up to 30 days for certain banks.

Please note that refund amount may differ due to bank currency conversion rate.

We will contact you via email and discuss with you for alternative arrangements or arrange the full refund. 

On Your Travel Day

You need to show your passport / identity card to the tour guide / host / person in charge upon arrival for verification purpose.

To print out your tour's booking confirmation, you need to:

  1. Go to ClubTrips website, My Bookings
  2. Select the tour that you want to print the confirmation
  3. Click print

Usually, you can simply present a mobile Booking Confirmation upon arrival for verification. However, some tour will require you to present a physical printed voucher.

Please check the booking confirmation or the tour page to find out whether you need to print your voucher.

You can check the location of meeting point or pick up point on the booking confirmation voucher or in the tour page. We have indicated clearly.
