Terms & Conditions

We are Skyzone Tours & Travel Sdn Bhd ("Skyzone") (Company No. 224825-T) (KPL No. 2189), and we look forward to the opportunity to act as your booking agent for your travel needs. These terms and conditions describe what you are legally entitled to expect from us when you purchase travel related products and/or services from us, in addition to your obligations as a customer. The term "we", "us" and "our" refer to Skyzone Tours & Travel Sdn Bhd. The term "you" and "your" refers to the customer visiting the travel related pages of www.worldtrips.global (“Travel Webpages“), booking a reservation through the Travel Webpages, or otherwise using our services.

Products and Suppliers

  1. We sell a variety of travel related products from different suppliers and service providers (“Suppliers"). Suppliers may have their own terms and conditions that are applicable to your particular arrangement with the Supplier through our services in addition to our general terms and conditions, and you should ensure that you fully understand such terms and conditions.
  2. We also act as an intermediary or a "Booking Agent" for products and services that are not directly supplied by us (e.g., ground transportation, hotel accommodations, meals, tours, etc.).

Tour Fares and Price Variations

  1. Prices shown are current at the time of publication on the Travel Webpages. Tour information and the price list form part of the trip offering. The prices are subject to change due to increase in transfer /transportation costs, exchange rates, government tax, etc. Therefore, the company reserves the right to increase prices on condition that it informs the customers accordingly before the confirmation of the tour.

Price Inclusions and Exclusions

  1. Items included in the prices of the travel products are specified in each section/package. Prices do not include: meals other than as stated in the itineraries; any air fares; government departure taxes; passport and visa charges; vaccination fees; airport taxes; all items of a personal nature such as telephone calls, beverages; laundry; excess baggage charges and gratuities; travel insurance.

Non - Availability

  1. All products and services offered on these websites are subject to availability and acceptance, at the discretion of the supplier of such product or service.
  2. In the event a product or service booked by you is not available,  WorldTrips shall use its reasonable endeavours to suggest an alternative product or service of similar pricing and quality.
  3. Where the product or service is either not available or our suggested alternative (where applicable) is not acceptable to you but is fully paid, we shall make a refund in accordance with our refund policy.
  4. If you fail to accept our suggested alternative product or service by the specified deadline, we reserve our right to cancel the booking.

Booking Process

Upon receiving your online booking and payment, we will immediately acknowledge via email. Once the payment cleared, we will then send you the confirmation voucher with series code number printed. In the event if the booking tour is fully booked or overbooked, you will then refer to the Non-Availability terms and conditions as above. 

Spelling of Names and Documentation
  1. Please ensure that the spelling of all names on your bookings is correct and matches exactly the details as shown on your passport(s). It is your responsibility to provide us with the correct information at the time of booking — please note that you may incur substantial costs to amend such details at a later stage should the information you supplied be incorrect.

Passport and Visas

  1. For international travel products, you must possess a valid International Passport, with validity of more than seven (7) months from the date of travel. It is your responsibility to ensure that the necessary entry visa(s) are applied for before travel. Please further note that the granting of entry visa is at the respective embassies’ sole discretion.
  2. Certain countries require a visa for entry prior to arrival. You can obtain visa information by contacting the relevant consulate. Please ensure that you are fully informed as to the requirements as soon as you have made your reservation with us, for example, a previous criminal record or conviction may affect your entry to some countries. In some instances, you may require a visa if you have a criminal record. There may be certain circumstances under which visa waiver conditions do apply.
  3. Entry to any country is at the discretion of the relevant immigration authorities upon arrival. Notwithstanding that you possess a valid and applicable visa, entry into a particular country may nonetheless be denied by the Immigration Official on arrival in that country. Under those circumstances, we cannot be held responsible for any losses resulting from the refusal of entry of any individual thereof. If you are in doubt, please note that it is your responsibility to contact and consult the relevant government agency or consulate prior to your departure.

Payments

  1. Your booking will be reserved and processed once payment information is received. For the avoidance of doubt, your booking will only be finalised and confirmed upon receipt of full payment. We shall not accept any liability in connection with the booking save for the refund of deposit, if any, in accordance with the terms of “Cancellation of Booking" below, until we have received full payment from you. Any binding contract will only exist between you and us when the final payment has been made and all order confirmations, invoices, or receipts have been issued to you by us.

We will not accept any responsibility for fraudulent use of a credit card.

Foreign Currency

  1. Purchases made on the Travel Webpages are transacted in United States Dollars (USD). If you make a purchase from us using a non-USD-denominated credit or debit card, please be aware that, due to the constant fluctuation in exchange rates, our charge to your card or the estimated charge amount we provide you, may differ based on the exchange rate at the time you make your reservation versus the rate at the time the charge is reflected on your credit card statement. In the event that we must credit your account, we will refund the exact USD amount initially charged and will not be responsible for any fluctuations in exchange rates which may cause differences in your billing statement.

Changes or Alterations to Tour Packages Booking

Both adults and children are not permitted to do the booking on-site at the time of the trip.

Cancellation of Tour Packages Booking

If you make a request for us to cancel your travel arrangements, our liability will be limited to a refund of all monies paid by you to us, less any of our cancellation charges and less any charges by Suppliers. Cancellation of booking must be made in writing and with our acknowledgement reply.

Please refer to the cancellation terms in the Terms & Condition at each individual product.

If for any reason, the application for visa or necessary exit permit is rejected, a refund of tour fare will be made accordingly to the above cancellation policy.

Cancellation of Tour Packages Booking by Skyzone

  1. We reserve the right to cancel the tour due to any act of God, war, strike, riot or order from the Government of the country which is beyond its control.
  2. We shall recommend alternative tours preferably to the same destination or other tours. Should you decide not to accept the alternative tours, all moneys paid less the administrative fee chargeable will be refunded to you.
  3. In respect of Tour Packages, in the event of a cancellation by us due to insufficient passengers or inability to secure the entrance tickets or seats, we will refund the amount of money paid.

Transfers, Activities or Excursions

  1. Please note that any transfers, activities or excursions that you have booked will be shown on the order confirmation.

Refund Policy

Refunds may be made in the following circumstances:

  1. The product or service fully paid for is not available and our suggested alternative is not acceptable to you; or
  2. You cancel your booking within the time stipulated in our travel voucher where refunds are available ( the “Cancellation Period”)

No refund or reduction will be made to you in respect of , meals, (If any ) activities, excursions, transport or any other services which are included in the tour but not utilized by the tour member due to personal reasons.

Responsibility and Liability

  1. We accept no responsibility for any bodily injury, loss, or damage to your belongings resulting directly or indirectly from occurrences beyond our control, including but not limited to breakdowns in equipment, strikes, war, theft, cancellation, changes in itinerary or schedule etc. You are encouraged to buy travel insurance before departure.
  2. You are solely responsible for the safekeeping of your own travel documents.
  3. We shall not be held responsible or liable for any expenses, reimbursement or refund of tour prices if you are refused entry or deported by any Immigration Authority resulting from the possession of unlawful items or holding improper travel documents or other causes, or if your behaviour and activities are considered to be detrimental by a foreign government.
  4. We reserve the right to alter itineraries, the sequences of travel arrangements due to local conditions.
  5. We shall not be responsible for any inconvenience or extra expenses incurred by yourself due to any change in respect of the travel routes or travelling dates made by you.
  6. We reserve the right to cancel or withdraw any itinerary, or any reservation made for a client or decline to accept or retain any person from being a tour member if he is likely to endanger the health or safety, or impair the comfort or enjoyment of the other tour members of the group. We further reserve the right to cancel the reservation if for any other reason any other supplier refuses to allow any participant to participate in the tours. In any of such events, our sole liability shall be to refund to the tour member any moneys paid, less the amounts for services already utilized, and the administration and cancellation charges.

非可用性

  1. 这些网站上提供的所有产品和服务均需视供应情况和接受程度而定,由此类产品或服务的供应商自行决定。
  2. 如果您预订的产品或服务不能确定,我们会尽力建议价格和质量相近的替代产品或服务。
  3. 如果我们建议产品和服务,此替代方案(如果适用)是您不能接受的,我们将按照我们的退款政策退款。
  4. 如果您未能在指定截止日期前接受我们建议的替代产品或服务,我们保留取消预订的权利。 

预订流程 

当我们收到您的在线预订和付款后,我们将立即通过电子邮件确认。一旦确认付款过账后,我们将向您发送印有系列代码号的确认劵。 如果您的预订旅游产品已经超额预订,请您参阅上述非可用条款和条件。 

姓名和文件的拼写

  1. 请确保您预订的所有姓名拼写正确,并与您护照上显示的详细信息完全匹配。您有责任在预订时向我们提供正确的信息-请注意,如果您提供的信息不正确,您可能会在稍后阶段支付大量费用来修改这些详细信息。

护照和签证

  1. 对于国际旅游产品,您必须持有有效的国际护照,有效期为自旅行之日起七(7)个月以上。您有责任确保在旅行前申请必要的入境签证。请进一步注意,入境签证的发放由各大使馆自行决定。
  2. 某些国家在入境前需要签证。您可以通过联系相关领事馆获得签证信息。请确保您在与我们进行预订后立即充分了解相关要求,例如,以前的犯罪记录或定罪可能会影响您进入某些国家。在某些情况下,如果你有犯罪记录,你可能需要签证。在某些情况下,签证豁免条件可能确实适用。
  3. 抵达任何国家后,由有关移民当局酌情决定是否入境。尽管您持有有效且适用的签证,但移民官员在抵达某个国家时仍可能拒绝您进入该国。在这种情况下,我们不承担因任何个人拒绝入境而造成的任何损失。如果您有疑问,请注意,您有责任在出发前与相关政府机构或领事馆联系和咨询。

付款

  1. 一旦收到付款信息,您的预订将被保留并处理。为免生疑问,您的预订只有在收到全额付款后才能最终确定和确认。我们不承担任何与预订有关的责任,除非根据本协议条款退还定金(如有)“取消预订”,直到我们收到您的全额付款。任何有约束力的合同将只存在于您和我们之间的最终付款和所有订单确认书,发票,或收据已发出给您。

我们不会为欺诈性使用信用卡承担任何责任。

外币

  1. 旅游网页以美元(USD)进行交易。如果您使用非美元计价的信用卡或借记卡从我们处购买。 但由于汇率不断波动,我们向您的信用卡收取的费用或我们向您提供的估计费用金额,根据您预订时的汇率和您的信用卡账单上反映费用时的汇率,可能会有所不同。如果我们必须贷记您的账户,我们将退还最初收取的美元金额,退款时的汇率波动有可能导致您账单的金额差异,我们将不承担任何责任。

更改旅游产品

成人或小孩皆不被允许在现场订购产品。

取消旅游产品预订

如果您要求我们取消您的旅行安排,我们将退还您支付给我们的款项,减去所需之任何取消费用。取消预订必须以书面形式,并附上我们的确认回复。

有关产品的取消期限,请查阅该产品的条规与细则以获得更多资讯。

如因任何原因被拒绝办理签证或必要的出境许可证,会根据以上的取消条款协议决定是否退款或收取全额取消费。

Skyzone 取消预订的旅游产品

  1. 如因天灾、战争、罢工、暴乱或当地政府命令而无法控制,我们保留取消本次旅游的权利。
  2. 我们将推荐其他旅游产品,最好是同一目的地或其他旅游产品。如您决定不接受其他旅游产品,所有已缴付的款项,扣除应收取的行政费用后,将会退还给您。
  3. 关于旅游产品,如因旅客不足或无法获得入门票或座位而被我方取消,我方将退还已付金额。

接送、活动或短途旅游远足

  1. 您预订的任何接送、活动或短途旅游都将显示在订单确认单上。

退款政策

可在下列情况下退款: 

  1. 全额支付的产品或服务不可用,我们建议的替代方案您不能接受的; 或 
  2. 您在我们的取消期限所规定的时间内取消您的预订 

如您因个人原因未能使用本次旅游所包含的膳食、活动、短途旅行、交通或其他任何服务,恕不退还或扣减任何费用。


责任和义务

  1. 我们不承担因超出我们控制范围的事件直接或间接导致您的人身伤害、财产损失或损坏的责任,包括但不限于设备故障、罢工、战争、盗窃、取消、更改行程或日程安排等。我们鼓励您在出发前购买旅行保险。
  2. 您全权负责保管自己的旅行证件。
  3. 如果您因持有非法物品或持有不当旅行证件或其他原因而被移民局拒绝入境或驱逐出境,我们将不承担任何费用、报销或退还旅游费用的责任,或者如果你的行为和活动被外国政府认为是有害的。
  4. 我们保留因地制宜更改行程、行程安排顺序的权利。
  5. 因您更改旅行路线或旅行日期而给您带来的不便或额外费用,我们一概不负责。
  6. 我们保留取消或撤回任何行程,或为客户所作的任何预订,或拒绝接受或保留任何可能危及健康或安全,或损害本团其他团员舒适或享受作为团员的权利。如果任何其他供应商出于任何其他原因拒绝任何参与者参加旅游,我们将保留取消预订的权利。在任何此类活动中,我们的唯一责任是向旅游团成员退还已支付的任何款项,减去已使用服务的金额,以及管理和取消费用。
