Hokkaido, the northernmost of Japan’s main islands, is known for its volcanoes, natural hot springs (onsen) and ski areas. Rugged Daisetsuzan National Park is home to steaming, volcanic Mount Asahi. Shikotsu-Tōya National Park contains caldera lakes, geothermal springs and a Mt Yotei.

Day 1: New Chitose Airport (CTS) - JR Tower Hotel Nikko Sapporo (Welcome Dinner)

Upon arrival at New Chitose Airport (CTS), meet and greet then transfer to the Hotel.

4 times arrival transfer provided: 10:00am - 1:00pm - 4:00pm - 6:00pm, please make sure you meet the driver on time at arrival hall because the pick-up team will leave airport on time. (If your arrival time differs from what we provide, please arrange your own transport to hotel)

The hotel's check-in time is 3:00pm onward, but the hotel sometimes changes the time according to its own room status. If you cannot check in, you can store your luggage and check in again later.

7:00pm - Welcome Dinner at hotel. After that, free at leisure.

Day 2: Sapporo - Furano (Breakfast/Lunch/Dinner)

After breakfast, transfer to Furano, is a city in Japan’s Hokkaido prefecture noted for its lavender fields, such as Farm Tomita with views of Mount Tokachi. Besides lavender, poppies, lilies and sunflowers also grow in the Nakafurano area. 

[Flower Land Kamifurano] which has fantastic views over the fields of flowers with Kamifurano as the backdrop! It is here you can get some great photos on your trip. Meanwhile, you will have fun with:

*All you can eat melon with 20 minutes 

* Press flower plate experience and take away as a souvenir 

* Seafood Teppanyaki Lunch will be provided  

After that continue to visit:

[Biei Hills Tour] The hills of Biei in Hokkaido are characterized by a wealth of agriculture. It is especially the farmscapes on these hills that make it the No. 1 tourist spot for Biei. Forests were cleared to create the farmlands of today which led to the grand hills that can be seen today. 

[Biei Blue Pond & Shirahige Waterfall] The Blue Pond gets its name literally from the bright blue hue of its water. It is not naturally formed, and is a result of the creation of a dam in the wake of an eruption from a nearby volcano on Mount Tokachi. The Blue Pond changes color depending on weather and season. The pond only appears blue when viewed from land, and the color is not found in the water itself. Shirahige Falls is worth visiting at the same time as it is less than a five minute drive away, in the nearby hot spring town of Shirogane Onsen.

Day 3: Furano - Otaru - Sapporo (Breakfast/Lunch/-)

After breakfast, transfer to Farm Tomita. 

[Farm Tomita] Farm Tomita is a farm in Nakafurano, Hokkaido, Japan. Farm Tomita is one of the many farms in the area which create this reputation by planting giant fields of lavender and other colorful crops such as tulips. 

Transfer to Otaru - is a city and port in Shiribeshi Subprefecture, Hokkaido, Japan, northwest of Sapporo.

Enjoy a Sushi Lunch in Otaru. Continue visit: 

[Otaru Canal] is a classic staple when it comes to famous sightseeing spots of Hokkaido.

[Kitaichi Glass Museum] Set of shops selling items made from glass, such as decorative snow globes & kerosene lamps.

[Orgel Music Box Museum] is a music museum in the Otaru Orgel-do II building in Otaru, Japan. It includes various examples of music boxes as well as CDs that have music box-esque versions of various songs.

Transfer to hotel and check-in.

Day 4: Free and Easy (Breakfast/-/Dinner)

After Breakfast, free at leisure. You may explore some tourist attractions like Ishiya Chocolate Factory, Sapporo Beer Museum, Odori Park or Susukino Street at your own arrangement. 

Lunch at own arrangement.

Shabu-Shabu Dinner will be arranged as farewell dinner.

Day 5: JR Tower Hotel Nikko Sapporo - New Chitose Airport (CTS)  (Breakfast)

After breakfast, transfer to New Chitose Airport (CTS) according to your departure time.

4 times departure transfer provided: 6:00am - 9:00am - 12:00noon - 3:00pm, please make sure you are in the hotel lobby on time, because the team will leave on time.

Please check out before 11:00am. In case of late check-out, please pay the additional fee at the front desk of the hotel.

Offering direct access from JR Sapporo Train Station, JR Tower Hotel Nikko Sapporo offers accommodations with free Wi-Fi and wired internet. Guests can refresh in the hot tub and request relaxing massages for an extra cost. The hotel boasts 4 dining options, in which 2 restaurants are located on the 35th floor offering panoramic views of Sapporo city.

The comfortable air-conditioned rooms feature a flat-screen TV, a safety deposit box and a fridge. Guests can use the electric kettle to make green tea. The en suite bathroom comes with a hairdryer.

Located right on the Furano Ski Resort, New Furano Prince Hotel offers 8 restaurants/cafés and free WiFi in the rooms. JR Furano Train Station is a 12-minute drive away, while ski-to-door access is available to Furano Ski Resort.

Air conditioned rooms feature an en suite bathroom, a seating area and a TV. Each comes with an electric kettle, a refrigerator and a hairdryer. Free toiletries, green tea set and Yukata robes can also be found in rooms.

At Prince Hotel New Furano, guests can relax in the indoor/outdoor hot spring baths or enjoy outdoor programs such as rafting and mountain biking, all at a surcharge. A souvenir shop, dry cleaning service and ski equipment rental can be found on site.

There are 4 restaurants, 2 bar/lounge, 2 cafés and a bakery on site. Limitation of Liability
Neither the company, nor its affiliates, partners or the company’s respective officers, directors, employees or agents shall have any responsibility or liability for any claim, loss, injury, damage, delay, travel cancellation, accident, cost or expense (including, without limitation, attorneys’ fees and costs of suit), nor for any incidental, indirect, special, punitive, exemplary, or consequential damages or damages (including, without limitation, for loss of or damage to revenue, profits, savings, goodwill or data) (collectively, "losses and damages"), directly or indirectly arising from or related to (i) these terms of agreement; (ii) the program; (iii) any failure, delay or decision by us in administering the program; (iv) any unauthorized use of your account or any breach of security beyond our reasonable control; (v) any offer, representation, statement or claim about the program.

The foregoing limitations of liability shall apply whether the alleged liability is based on contract, negligence, tort, strict liability or any other basis, even if the company or its affiliates or representatives have been advised of or should have known of the possibility of such losses and damages, and without regard to the success or effectiveness of other remedies.

Force Majeure
We shall not be liable for damages of any kind arising out of any failure or delay by us in performing any or all of our obligations contained herein or in respect of any product or service if the failure or delay is due to circumstances or cause beyond our reasonable control.

Personal Data Protection 
In accordance with the Personal Data Protection Act 2010 (PDPA), we are committed to ensure the privacy of your information. It is hereby agreed that you consent the data released will be used for our business services only. 

Cancellation Policy
In the event of a confirmed booking being cancelled, a cancellation charge will be levied. To cancel your reservation, you must send us an e-mail and indicating your Member ID, Travel Date, Booking ID and Product Name. The cancellation is valid when you received our acknowledgement via email.

- Cancellation 46 days before the travel date, cancellation charge at USD50
- Cancellation in-between 45 days to 30 days before the travel date, cancellation charge at USD100
- Cancellation less than 30 days before the travel date, 100% cancellation charge applies.

This cancellation policy is subject to rules and regulations applicable jurisdictions in which our travel supplier is based. In the event of conflict between the cancellation policy displayed here and cancellation terms in supplier booking terms, the more restrictive of the two terms will prevail.
 
Name Change Policies 
Name changes are generally not allowed on trips to avoid fraud, gaming and profiteering. We want to ensure that most of our travelers are members. If you wish to have a name change, please contact our customer service team for further assistance.

* Remark: We reserve the right to refuse a name change at our sole discretion. If allowed, name changes must be done 30 days or more before the start date of your trip and are subject to a fee up to USD50. Name changes within 30 days of the start date of your trip are not allowed.

Refund Policy
Refunds may be made by us in the following circumstances:
- the product or service fully paid for is not available and our suggested alternative is not acceptable to you; or
- you cancel your booking within the time stipulated in our travel voucher where refunds are available ( the “Cancellation Period”)

* Remark: We are not responsible for the exchange rate difference loss in the refund process.

Important Notes

Each individual, including each child, who is coming along with you on your trips is required to have a booking prior to the commencement of the trip. If you do not book or pay for each such person in advance of the trip, you will be charged the hotel's current rate, not the trip price, for each such person at the time of your check-in.

Pricing for children is based on their age at the time of travel and may be subject to additional terms and conditions of individual hotels and all-inclusive resorts. Also, pricing for children can vary, and may be higher than pricing for adults.
